Dirty Kitchen, Rotten Potatoes Found As Indore Officials Shut Unlicensed Bakery

Food Safety officials stopped production at Aman Bakery in Indore’s Nandbag Colony after finding hygiene violations and no valid food licence. Inspectors found a dirty kitchen, rusted racks, uncovered food and rotten potatoes. During inspections at four establishments, officials collected 15 food samples for testing at the state laboratory in Bhopal.
