Labour pitches digital watchdog, feed controls in social media package

The Labour party reaffirmed it will ban social media for under 16s: promising to pass existing legislation through first reading in its first 100 days if electe, add privacy safeguards on age checks and wants to include a “Digital Duty of Care”.
