Madhya Pradesh Patwaris Continue SVAMITVA Non-Cooperation, Seek Removal From ‘Executant’ Role

Madhya Pradesh Patwaris will continue non-cooperation with the SVAMITVA scheme until they are removed from the role of ‘Executant’ for registries. The Patwari Association has sought clarity on the legal provision authorising them to execute documents and wants competent officers from the administration or Panchayat and Rural Development Department to handle the responsibility.
