MeitY planning strict protocol for swift takedown of CSEAM content

The standard operating procedure (SOP) will be modelled on a similar protocol created earlier to tackle the spread of non-consensual imagery of women online, they said. The National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (NCCRP) may also create a separate category for reporting CSEAM. Last year in November, the Centre had launched an SOP to curb non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII).
