Xiaomi begins HyperOS 4 stable distribution across China
Xiaomi has begun distributing the stable version of HyperOS 4 to selected smartphones and tablets in China, introducing changes to memory management, application performance and the underlying software architecture. The rollout started on October 15, following a beta programme launched in August, and is being conducted in batches rather than through a simultaneous release to every eligible device.
